Overview
Robot grippers, also known as robot gripping tools or fixtures, are the general term for end effectors at the end of various industrial robot arms. They act as the robot's agile hands, enabling it to quickly and accurately grasp, handle, and place various objects, and are indispensable key components in industrial automation systems. A complete gripper system typically consists of multiple mechanical fingers (jaw bodies), actuators, sensors, controllers, and connecting parts.
Our gripper products are divided by drive method into three major categories: electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic; by gripping form and grasping method, they cover two-finger, multi-finger, vacuum suction cup, basket, electromagnetic, and flexible grippers, fully covering applications from precision assembly to heavy-duty handling. The specifications, drive methods, and fixture shapes of all products can be flexibly customized according to customer needs.
We have many years of design and production experience in large/heavy-payload non-standard grippers, and can tailor reasonable and reliable gripping solutions for customers' different working conditions and irregular workpieces. Our grippers can be used as standalone products or as accessories for automated equipment such as floor tracks and truss robots, widely serving industrial scenarios including automated cargo handling, robot loading/unloading, and automated production lines, helping customers improve production efficiency and automation levels.
